Delivery Policy

Affordable And Safe Delivery Straight To Your Home!

Delivery Method

  • Delivery by Transportation (1 ton truck). This delivery method is used for larger items such as cabinets, sofas, mattresses and beds. Presently, the delivery truck is available only within Peninsular Malaysia. To enquire about delivery outside of Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, please email us at winhofurniture@gmail.com for more information.

  • Delivery by parcel. This delivery method is used for smaller items such as bedding accessories. Delivery by courier is available nationwide including Sabah and Sarawak. To enquire about courier services to Singapore, please email us at winhofurniture@gmail.com for more information.

  • Delivery by item. This delivery method is used for cash and carry items or larger items such as cabinets, sofas, mattresses and beds, but only applicable for Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kualan Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu. To enquire about delivery outside of the mentioned state and Singapore, please email us at winhofurniture@gmail.com for more information.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery day after payment processing may take up to 3 to 28 working days.

  • For delivery by truck,  the estimated delivery days are in working days (Monday to Saturday) excluding Public holidays, between 10.30am-7pm. Item will be delivered to your door-step including installation by our delivery team.  

  • For delivery by parcel, the estimated delivery days are in working days (Monday to Saturday) excluding Public holidays. However, the delivery time for parcel is fully controlled by the courier services company. We will provide details of courier service provided and tracking number for your convenient.

Although every effort is made to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

 

Please Note: In some remote/regional areas our carriers may take longer delivery times.

 

Delivery Arrangement 

Our logistic department will contact you 1-2 days in advance with the confirm date and time of the delivery. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time and register with the residence management (if needed).

Item will be delivered into your home and placed on the area of your choice. We will also assemble the item (if applicable), and remove all packaging materials from your premise.

 

Delivery Charges By Truck

Delivery charges are calculated based on product price and the geographical region of the delivery address. Estimated delivery charges are calculate based on delivery from our warehouse located at Selangor. The details for the delivery charges can be viewed at the table below.

Delivery estimates for individual products can be viewed by entering your state on the product page. Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be shown once your state is entered during the checkout process.

Be sure your building’s lifts, stairwells or doors are able to fit in the furniture dimensions before purchasing.

Delivery fee are not applicable to non-lift accessible floors. Do note that there will be an extra charges for lifting goods by stairs. Charges of RM 50 per floor starting from 3rd floor and above (apply to stairs within landed properties). For residence with lift, kindly check on your residence/loading lift size before delivery to avoid should the said bulky/bigger size item unable to fit into your lift.

Lifting will only proceed if our delivery team deems it is suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. If the process instead requested by client, we shall not take any responsible for the goods damaged.

  • Delivery charges by courier services will be calculated based on total weight.
  • Delivery charges for parcel will be waived if bought together with items with truck delivery.

 

Terms On Last Minute Change Of Delivery Time / Delivery Address

  • Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
  • You can call to change the delivery date / address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.
  • Any delivery date / delivery time / delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee.
  • The fee will be as per the shipping charge made during the purchase of the order.

 

Disposal Service and Charges

We offer disposal services, do let us know in advance with a remark at the checkout page. Disposal fee is applicable, based on the size and quantities of the furniture that you wish to dispose.

  • The above rate for disposal charges is for item(s) that can be dismantled only (non built-in items, and customer must confirm that the item(s) can be dismantled).
  • In the case that customer(s) is unsure whether the item(s) can be dismantled or not, please get advice from our delivery team or retail team as the disposal charges might be different or additional charges might be incurred.
  • Customer(s) MUST inform our delivery team or retail team in advance if there are item(s) for disposal.
  • Disposal can only be done during the same delivery trip.
  • Disposal fee must be made to Winho Furniture & Decoration at least 3 days before the delivery / disposal date.
